The Community Heat Resilience Tool (CHaRT) includes heat-related health risk and intervention data for states, counties, and communities across the contiguous U.S.
You can explore these risks and recommended interventions within your area of interest, download a report, or download data for further analysis.
Please note: the Community Heat Resilience Tool requires user accounts to access detailed, census-tract level heat-related health risk and intervention information for your area. You can search for an area to see a sample of the sort of information you would be able to see if you logged in.
Please send us an email (heathealth@uw.edu) to request an account.
Go to the About page to learn more about the Community Heat Resilience Tool, or the How to use the tool page to learn more about how to use it.
Please contact us (heathealth@uw.edu) if you need help using the Community Heat Resilience Tool or interpreting the results for your community. We're here to help!
